Wayne Simpson
Mr. Wayne Simpson was listed on Exhibits ‘JM1’ and ‘JM2’ which had been presented by Mrs. Joan
McDonald in respect of the persons who were purportedly engaged by her in the performance of a
contract which was awarded to her in the amount of $414,900.00. Based on the documents provided by
Mrs. Joan McDonald, Mr. Simpson was paid a total of $50,000.00 and performed bushing works at the
location described as
“Green Park- Jm Broilers
”. Mr. Simpson appeared before the Contractor General
on September 28, 2015 and advised of the manner in which the contract was awarded. The following
representations were made:

Now Miss Joan McDonald produced a document
which she said she got from the Constituency office;
this document speaks to work that was done by
yourself and some other persons.
Mrs Joan McDonald also produced a document
which she says is a copy where she said she had
asked you to sign that you have received money,
$50,000. I am just going to show you the document;
this is what was given to us by her, it is a copy, and
