That would have been after or before some contacts
were made through the office that those persons
would have – may have received work, as I said
persons request and some identification would have
been made based on persons who should get work.

CHAIRMAN:
… The question was, before I move on to the next
one is, when you informed Mrs. Powell of the names,
the TRN, the amount and the description, were you
satisfied that all these persons knew that they were
getting contracts or some persons did know that they
getting contracts?
A:
I would think they knew sir.
CHAIRMAN:
Think, why would you think?
A:
Because as I said there was a process leading up to
that, in persons contacting the office speaking, to
persons as well as us speaking to NSWMA.”

recommend somebody to you or Andrea Smith may
recommend somebody, it is just recommendation,

Well, it is not necessarily to me, I
was liaising with NSWMA.
