At the time that you facilitated and assisted the
persons had Jennifer Edwards signed already? At the
time the persons were signing - well, better yet.
When you were signing as witness did Jennifer
Edwards signature appear on the document?
A:
I don't remember sir. I don't think so.

At the time that you signed, the only person who had
signed at the time was the contractor?
A:
Yes sir. I don't remember if Mrs. Edwards signature
was there.

Did you read the contents of the contract to the
persons?
A:
No sir, I don't recall doing that.

A:
That wouldn't be something that I would have said.
