A:
No sir.

Do you know what happen after they get paid?
A:
I know a few of the contractors - at the time, what I
can remember, a few of the contractors left money
in envelops for, just to facilitate some of the sub-
contractors.
CHAIRMAN:
Left with who?
A:
Our supervisor at the office.
CHAIRMAN:
With who?
A:
It was just left at the office, whoever is at the office,
myself or Miss Smith.
CHAIRMAN:
Was any money left with you?
A:
Well, specifically it was left at the office; both of us
would have been there to ensure that the persons
who they left it for collected it.
