reflected, hereunder:

“Good morning again, I am here to let you know, as relates
to contracts given out at the MP’s Office for South East St.
Ann, that I am sent to collect the money, I hand the money
over to the Constituency Office, as it relates to those, a
letter was sent to Mr. Frankson, for example a letter was
sent enquiring about the $414,000.00.
To be accurate:
“This letter serves to further inform of the following subject
areas which will be covered during the course of the Judicial
Hearing which is scheduled for October 22
nd
2015 and for
which you are required to appear before the Contractor
General Council.
Circumstances surrounding the award of a contract in the
amount of $414,900.00 by St. Ann Parish Council.
The process through which sub-contractors were selected in
the implementation of work in respect of a contract which
was awarded by the St. Ann Parish Council in the amount of
$414,900.00.
The circumstances surrounding the awarded of a contract in
the amount of $500,000.00 by the National Solid Waste.
