What happen is that we would have spoken before enuh,
when I go to the Parish Council and to collect I would call
whoever send me and say I have received the money, I
receive the cheque not the money, the cheque and… I am
coming. When I reach up I take it to them and say here am
I.
I tell them that I get the cheque and they tell me I must go
and get it encashed right and then having encashed the
cheque I take it to the Office
.
12. When they call at first they say to me they have some
workers that need to get pay right and ask me to collect the
cheque … and from time to time they want somebody with
whom they can trust to collect the money.
It was only on
one occasion that I asked for work for members of my
community for all the other occasions they called me to say
they had some workers to pay and needed me to collect the
cheque. They just asked me to.

I must be fair to you I did not read the fine print on the
document. I did not stop to read. I don’t recall seeing the
amount of money to be paid on the contract document
. I
didn’t stop to peruse the document. They just present the
document and I just signed. I remember that the documents
were left to be completed after I signed.
