Having regard to Mrs. Joan McDonald’s appearance before the Contractor General on July 15, 2015 and
the representations made concerning (a) the payment of persons engaged by her in respect of the contract
which was awarded to her in the amount of $414,900.00 (b) the forgery and uttering of documents
labelled as Exhibits ‘JM1’ and ‘JM2’ attesting to,
inter alia
, the subcontracting of Ms. Donnette Hamilton
