with my Councillors when they decided that it
was time for me to leave the Constituency,
they are the same Councillors who decided it
was Aloun's time to leave in 2006/7, I used to
sit down and say, okay, tell me what your
division needs for Christmas so that we don't
duplicate resources. Here is what I am going
to get from CDF and what I have budgeted
for from CDF; here is what I have budgeted
for from NWA, tell me the areas. And we
would sit down together and write those
programmes. So that is why you could see
Beecher Town, seven hundred and fifty
thousand dollars, then Claremont that, et
cetera, because we used to sit down - up to
2013, even up to 2014 and the Councillors
would say this is the situation. So the
Councillors also give some of these same
people work from their Parish Council funds
and so I don't ask questions about who get
and who don't get.
I have been told by people
at the Parish Council that this is a regular
collector for that Councillor and that person
is a regular collector for that Councillor and
they come down and collect money all the
time for that Councillor.
So I have heard
that, but what I have also heard is, from
