The manner in which Ms. Lisa Hanna, Member of Parliament, South East, St. Ann handled any reports
of impropriety, irregularity and corruption relating to the use of CDF funds and the award of
government contract.
8.
The veracity of the allegations concerning the paving of the Prickly Pole Primary and Infant School
utilizing funds disbursed by the CDF.
9.
Whether the actions of any officer or person employed to the St. Ann Municipal Corporation or the
Office of the Member of Parliament, South East, St. Ann amounts to a breach of the GoJ Procurement
Guidelines, Corruption Prevention Act, the Parish Council Act, the Law Reform (Fraudulent
Transactions) (Special Provisions) Act and/or any other applicable pieces of legislation.
