The contracts were awarded based upon the recommendation of Ms. Lisa Hanna. Ms. Morris served, as
a member on the Executive Committee of the South East, St. Ann Constituency, for the period 2015-
2016.

Mr. Vernon Williams was awarded a contract in the amount of $399,990.00, by the St. Ann Municipal
Corporation on December 6, 2013. The contract was awarded based upon the recommendation of Ms.
Lisa Hanna. Mr. Williams has served as a member on the Executive Committee of the South East, St.
Ann Constituency for the period 2013-2015. Mr. Williams was also employed on a voluntary basis by
Ms. Lisa Hanna, in the capacity of Office Manager.

Mr. Clovis Gohagen was awarded a contract by the St. Ann Municipal Corporation, in the amount of
$300,000.00, on December 6, 2013, upon the recommendation of Ms. Lisa Hanna. Mr. Gohagen has
served as a Constituency Executive Committee Member of the South East, St. Ann Constituency for the
period 2012-2015 and as Vice Chairman for the period 2015-2016.

Ms. Beverly Sinclair was awarded a contract in the amount of $337,500.00, by the St. Ann Municipal
Corporation, on December 6, 2013. The contract was awarded based upon the recommendation of Ms.
Lisa Hanna. Ms. Sinclair is the mother of Ms. Andrea Smith, former CDF Consultant, South East, St.
Ann.

Mrs. Ivy Clarke-Robinson was awarded a contract in the amount of $475,000.00, by the St. Ann
Municipal Corporation on December 8, 2014. The contract was awarded based upon the
recommendation of Ms. Lisa Hanna. Mrs. Clarke-Robinson is the aunt of Ms. Andrea Smith, former
CDF Consultant, South East, St. Ann.
40.
A contract was entered into between the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) and
Mrs. Joan McDonald on December 4, 2013, in the amount of $500,000.00, for the execution of “
CUT
AND CLEAN UP ACTIVITIES
”. The works were issued for the Member of Parliament, Ms. Lisa Hanna,
South East, St. Ann.
