As it regards the relationship between the St. Ann Municipal Corporation and the Office of the Member of
Parliament, South East St. Ann, Mr. Alfred Graham advised the OCG of the following:
“
As far as I am aware, the relationship between the St. Ann Parish
Council and Constituency Offices within the parish is confined to
receiving programmes from the offices, implementation of these
programmes and general liaison with the offices during the
implementation. The Office of the Supt. Roads and Works also
receives requests for and prepares cost estimates for proposed
physical infrastructure works
.”
