Specifically, as it regards infrastructural works, Mr. Graham advised the OCG that the Corporation’s
involvement with such works insofar as it relates to CDF projects involves
“…preparation of estimates,
implementation and monitoring of projects, certification of works satisfactorily completed and processing
Payment Vouchers for submission to the Accounts Department.”

Having regard to the foregoing, Mr. Graham also informed the OCG, in his referenced response, that the St.
Ann Municipal Corporation performs similar tasks and processes in the implementation of bushing and drain
cleaning works.
