her that the document labelled as JM1 and JM 2 cannot
prove anything because it does not have a letter head or a
stamp. The documents were not stamped at the time that she
took them to me
. I asked her where she got the document
and she told me she got the documents from the MP’s
office. When I say MP’s Office I mean Miss Lisa Hanna’s
Constituency Office.
I told her that she did not give me any
contract and it does not make any sense as there is not seal
or letter head on the documents. I did not want to sign the
document.
I did sign the document labelled as JM2 but I before I read
the document in its entirety. It was only after signing that I
really took it and read it

I recall telling Ms. McDonald not
to take the documents labelled as JM 1 and JM2 to the
Office of the Contractor General because she did not give
me any work and she didn’t pay me any money
and also
because it was just a piece of paper without any letter head
or stamp and it wasn’t and official letter from the office of
the Member of Parliament. I recall saying to her that
something that was already done cannot be “Draft subject to
change” as is stated on JM1.
I recall that I was asked by Mr. Ezekiel Russel for the use
of my NIS to collect money for works done at Alderton
Crossing because the person that would be doing the work
did not have a NIS.
He called and asked me if I had a NIS
number and asked if I could collect the cheque to pay a
person. I signed papers in regards to that.
