how to apportion it and he told me who to get what.

I think the work was done before the contract was signed. I
recall that the contract was not filled out at the time that I
signed the contract. The contract value of $90,000.00 was
not on the contract when I signed

I recall that on one occasion I worked as a sub-
contractor and was paid $35,000.00. This was because I
told Miss Smith I was not going collect any more
cheques. This was December 2014. She called me and
told me to work from Prosper Hall to Jamaica Broilers.
On this occasion, I employed seven (7) men. They were
paid $3,000.00 each for the day. I did not sign a document
for this contract and I do not know the amount that was
on the contract.
I recall saw JM1and JM2 for the first time in July 2015. I
do not remember the exact date. I think it was sometime in
July 2015. Ms. McDonald showed me both documents. Ms.
McDonald had called me on the telephone before she came
to my house. She asked if I worked from Green Park to
Culture and I said yes. She asked if it was for $60,000.00. I
said $70,000.00 but they might have $60,000.00
