went to look at the works about a day or so after the work

was done.

I am aware that the amount of work done by my workers

from Prosper Hall to Jamaica Boilers was less than a

mile.

I think I may have mixed up the contracts before, when I

was here the last time, I am just realizing that the contract

for $500,000.00 where work was done at Prosper Hall to

Jamaica Boilers Ms. Smith gave me $40,000.00. For the

works done at Green Park to Culture, Miss Smith gave me

60,000.00, plus an addition $10,000.00, as my portion for

the work I did.

The OCG representative showed me a document entitled

SAINT ANN PARISH COUNCIL WORKS PERFORMED

AT AGREED RATES, with a commencement date of June

8, 2015 and a completion date of June 12, 2015 and a

contract value of $90,000.00. I confirmed that I received

that contract for draining cleaning works and it was just

the other day.

I received the contract in June of this

year, for drain mitigation works. This contract was given

to me through the Councilor, Mr. Weir. This contract

was signed at the Parish Council. I don't know how

they do it like this, but I did not get $90,000.00.

I am aware that the Councilor, Mr. Weir selected me to

collect the cheque. I called him by telephone and told him
