so they had just pooled the money together and then
the choose 4 or 5 persons to collect the money. I am not
aware of what happened to the rest of the money after
receiving my portion. I couldn't say what happen because
I collected mine and I left.
I had no idea that so much money was on the cheque until I
collected the cheque. It was after I collected the cheque
that I queried it and was told that they let a few persons
collect the money.
I recall that I signed the contract before the work was
done. I was told they would check the work, but I am not
sure if the work was checked.
When I say ' the y' I mean
the St. Ann Parish Council.
I had no interactions with anyone from the St. Ann
Parish Council during or after the execution of the
contract.
No one from the St. Parish Council was present when I
signed the contract. The only persons present were Miss
Andrea Smith and Mr. Lawrence from theNWA.
Ms. Smith was present when the contract was signed I am
not sure if she gave me the contract.
The document was not
written up. I was just given the document to put in my TRN
and nothing else was written on the document.
