contract and/or the execution of any works at the Prickly

Pole Primary School relating to the paving of the school

premises. Your response should include:

(a)

The date(s) on which the contract was awarded and/or the

works executed;

(b)

The date on which the works commenced;

(c)

In the event that’s works have not yet commenced, kindly

provide a rationale for same;

(d)

The names of the contractor and/or contracting entity;

(e)

Please provide a copy of the project plan and/or the project

implementation documents; and

(f)

Please provide a copy of the contract document

Please provide documentary evidence, where possible, to

substantiate your responses and assertions.

Mr. Graham, in his response of September 23, 2015 to the OCG’s requisition indicated,

inter alia,

the

following:

My only knowledge of the allegation is that

published in the Daily Gleaner of September 22,

2015.

b.

The property is located in the Prickley Pole District

of the Bensonton Division of the St. Ann Parish

Council. This is in the South East Constituency.
