It is instructive to highlight, at this juncture that at least five (5) of the contractors represented
above as being selected for the award of a contract in respect of the referenced programme are the
subject of the OCG’s investigation as it relates to allegations of corruption and impropriety
involving the South East St. Ann Constituency Office and the St. Ann Municipal Corporation.
The OCG undertook a review of the individual contracts which were entered into between the NSWMA
and the mentioned contractors for “
Cut and Clean Up Activities
” and which were provided by Colonel
Pryce. In this regard, the OCG has outlined, hereunder, the key particulars of the contracts:
