Colonel Pryce, in his response of September 25, 2015 to the OCG’s requisition dated September 22, 2015
indicated,
inter alia,
the following:
1.
“I had no knowledge of this allegation as I
became the Interim Executive Director on May 1,
2015. I became aware of this matter upon receipt
of your email dated September 22, 2015.
Upon receipt of the email, I enquired of my Executive
Assistant and the Parks Manager of the Parks
Department that is charged with the responsibility of
beautification and special projects implementation
resulting in the information that I am now
forwarding.
2.
The National Solid Waste Management Authority
is not aware of any contract or executed any works
at the ‘Prickly Pole Primary School
