goes and supervise. The group leader also supervises
the work too. As the paper indicated, that I gave you,
those were the list of names of persons they should
make payments to, but we meet with the group leaders.

A:
Those are the persons who supposed to contract the
work because we meet with group leaders, area leaders,
and we give out the work to the area leaders.
CHAIRMAN:
Let us start again. The documents that you gave me, the
ones that are labelled JH1 and JH2, you met with those
persons?
A:
I met with group leaders and I also met with them too
along with the area leaders
.
CHAIRMAN:
And you gave those persons work?
A:
Yes, according to the programme that was set out.
CHAIRMAN:
And those persons also hire other people?
