Madam are you aware of persons being grouped and a
cheque being made payable to one individual for and
on behalf of other contractors, ma’am?
A:
I am aware that we got that letter recommending
names.
CHAIRMAN:
To be grouped.
A:
I am not going to say to be grouped.
CHAIRMAN:
Madam, I am not forcing you to say anything, it's just
my question.
A:
Yes, because the letter is there. So I am aware of
recommendations of people being sent to do work.
Mr Harrison, I am not aware of subletting, I am not
aware of the subletting of work. These two letters are
clear.
CHAIRMAN:
So I must just read it and don't ask you nuh question?
A:
No you can ask, it is your right.
CHAIRMAN:
For last year Christmas did you sign off on Christmas
work that came through the Constituency Office of the
Hon. Miss Lisa Hanna, whether it is CDF or it is
Special Employment Programme?
A:
Yes, I did.
CHAIRMAN:
At that time did you sign off on work for one individual
where a number of other individuals were paid?
A:
You are asking me the same question.
