thing. Can you comment on that?
A:
I am not aware of that and there is communication
between Miss Hanna and myself relative to that.
Unfortunately I don’t have access to the
communication but when I queried one of these group
payments she wrote me indicating that it was the
Parish Council that indicated that. I wrote back and
asked for the evidence, who in the Parish Council, I
said the Parish Council as a Parish Council cannot
tell you that. Who in the Parish Council tell you that?
I asked her for the evidence, I did not get a response
but there is written communications between Miss
Hanna and myself relative to this.

communicate to any of the Members of Parliament in
St. Ann that any group payment should be the way that
you go?
A:
At no time, no time did I do that

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, and as it relates to the letter of December 10, 2014 which was
addressed to Alfred Graham by Ms. Hanna authorizing payment to specified persons, Mr. Graham did
acknowledge and confirm that he authorized the group payment which had been requested by Ms. Hanna. In
this regard, Mr. Graham stated that “…
The MP made a request to the Office of the Prime Minister through
Mrs. Munroe, the OPM approved it. Based on the approval from the OPM we implemented the program
based on that approval
.”
