By way of a letter which was dated December 10, 2014, which was addressed to Mrs. Moveta Munroe,
Constituency Development Fund Unit, Office of the Prime Minister, and signed by Ms. Lisa Hanna,
Member of Parliament, South East St. Ann, the following was stated:
“I write to you with regards to the Special Employment
Programme which is being administered by the St. Ann Parish
Council. I am requesting that the payments be grouped, and
bills made to the following persons to ensure that the persons
employed under the programme are paid on time.

Letter dated December 10, 2014, which was sent to Mrs. Moveta Munroe, Constituency Development Fund Unit, Office of the
Prime Minister, by Ms. Lisa Hanna, Member of Parliament, South East St. Ann. The letter was also copied to Mr. Alfred
Graham, former Secretary Manager, Ms. Althea Hall, Superintendent, and Mr. Alwyn Brown, Ast. Superintendent.
